Job Description

Job Summary
The Infrastructure Asset Management Lead is responsible for governing the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure assets, including hardware, software licenses, cloud resources, and related contracts. This role ensures compliance, cost optimization, accurate asset visibility, and effective capacity utilization across on-premise and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
IT Asset & License Management
Own end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management (procure → deploy → maintain → retire)
Manage software license compliance (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, VMware, 
Conduct regular license audits, true-ups, and risk assessments
Maintain accurate asset inventory and CMDB data
Capacity & Utilization Management
Monitor and analyze infrastructure capacity (servers, storage, network, cloud)
Identify under-utilized or over-provisioned assets and recommend optimization
