Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Data Modernization and Consolidation) to join one of our largest banking clients on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for a large‑scale data modernization and consolidation program.
• Work with business stakeholders, data architects, application owners, security/compliance teams, and vendors to define scope and readiness.
• Maintain inventories of legacy and target data platforms, data assets, and dependencies.
• Assess data quality, data dependencies, business criticality, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support data migration, consolidation, and transformation planning, including wave sequencing and validation strategies.
