The Infrastructure Manager Level I is an entry-level IT professional responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of an organization’s IT infrastructure. This role focuses on assisting with basic system configurations, monitoring infrastructure performance, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The Level I specialist works under the guidance of senior engineers to ensure the reliability and security of IT systems. Duties are:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, and network devices. Monitor infrastructure performance and report issues to senior staff.

Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
