Responsibilities
Troubleshoot servers and network-related problems, including on-site diagnosis, isolation, assessment, and preventive maintenance.
Test new releases of network operating systems, network software, and server hardware, and recommend server and network solutions and products to customers as needed.
Maintain a high-level technical expertise by staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications
Must hold a degree in a Computer-related field.
Should have at least three years of related technical experience, including a minimum of one year as a Service Engineer.
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Willing to be assigned in Makati City.
