Job Description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive growth within assigned territory though the management of house and non-technical accounts including qualifying customers, creating quotes and manage customer expectations.
- As part of the sales process, initiate contact; gain agreement to next steps in process; gain access to decision makers; quote costs/present solution options; provide timely updates on orders or, respond to other client needs/requests.
- Via the phone, fax and/or e-mail, support clients with order management, critical order escalation, all non-engineer related tasks, and overall customer experience for assigned territory.
- Accurately and efficiently document information learned from clients, and, the accomplishment of steps in sales process.
