Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated sales‑minded individual to join our firm and grow our inside sales team. The Inside Sales Consultant will drive new sales, book qualified meetings for current consultants, build a funnel, and unlock new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and personal referrals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- New business development through cold calling, lead generation and networking in the designated region.
- Maintain positive relations with prospects, including key decision makers and administrators.
- Identify the client’s group insurance landscape (employees on the plan, renewal dates, etc.).
- Adhere to People Corporation targeted metrics for success.
- Identify creative opportunities for generating new leads and business opportunities.
