Responsibilities

• Support quotation processes with customers and follow up on RFQs to ensure timely responses and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to update and adjust quotations according to customer requirements, cost changes, item modifications, or cancellations.
• Process customer orders, including the creation of Order Acknowledgments (OA).
• Review and update backlog related to sales orders.
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up activities by sending payment reminder emails to customers in collaboration with MSMs.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
