In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Continuous contact with the Outside Sales Engineers, Product-, Project Managers and Factories to deliver the best Service, regarding technical solutions, quality and on time delivery to your customers Checking Customer requests and provide complete technical and commercial solutions . Participate proposal kick-off conference call or face to face meeting with sales channel and/or customers to agree on technical solutions. Prepare complete package for order entry into business systems for order execution. Receive and process change order requests via the change order process. Follow up of the provided quotations. Maintain the record of working processes. Looking for continues improvement opportunities. Practices and promotes “Customer Thinking” culture in all aspects
