Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Inside Sales Engineer
to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC. This role combines technical sales support, project coordination, and customer service within the commercial HVAC industry.
The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to support projects from initial design through quotation, submittal, order entry, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Review project drawings, specifications, and HVAC schedules.
Prepare product selections, take-offs, and technical quotations.
Provide technical support to consulting engineers, contractors, and customers.
Coordinate project submittals and respond to technical inquiries.
Process and manage customer orders through internal systems.
Follow projects through various stages, including quotation, order placement, and delivery coordination.
