This is a full-time on-site role in Singapore. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support and managing customer service operations.
Responsibilities
Process customer quotations and orders while providing timely day-to-day customer support.
Support the sales team in preparing customer quotations and related documentation.
Engage with customers to follow up on opportunities and support the successful closure of sales.
Coordinate shipping logistics with customers, freight forwarders, and relevant service providers.
Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and other required paperwork in compliance with customs regulations and customer requirements.
