Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via email and chat.Prepare and issue commercial documents through our management system.Coordinate and manage import–export processes and related documentation.Support the sales team with order tracking, quotations, and customer follow‑up.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
