Were hiring an Inside Sales Representative (B2C) to convert warm leads into booked trial classes while building genuine client relationships. This role combines consultative sales and community engagement, guiding prospective members toward the right fitness experience through calls, texts, and emails.
As the first point of contact, you'll represent the brand with energy and empathy, helping leads feel supported and excited to join. You'll also support pre-sale efforts for new studios and play a direct role in driving studio growth.
