Inside Sales Representative

Location: Cambridge, ON. Salary range: $58,000 – $64,000. This is an on‑site position.

Job Summary

Lead customer relationships and develop business markets in a customer‑centric role. Build lasting relationships, advise on products, manage orders, support back‑office activities, and deliver internal team service.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen actively to customers to advise on products, prices and availability to satisfy their needs.
• Answer technical questions and provide accurate product information.
• Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, fax and other channels.
• Prepare quotations and standard tender requests.
• Provide support to local account executives for back‑office activities.
