Inside Sales Representative

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
• Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Comfortable with rejection and resilient under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred, not required)
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage high-volume daily activity
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience selling or prospecting into enterprise accounts (banking, telco, healthcare)
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud computing, or CRM/ERP concepts
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or sales engagement platforms
