Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment inspection, maintenance, or mechanical maintenance activities.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul processes.
• Familiar with maintenance planning, work scheduling, and equipment performance monitoring.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and equipment historical record management.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
