Key Responsibilities:

- Target Audience Research: Conduct behavioral and task analyses to determine the appropriate scope, type, and medium of learning solutions for the target audience.
- Develop Learning Content: Transform technical inputs, design documents, and course specifications into effective and engaging content deliverables.
- Create Instructional Materials: Design and update instructional materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and job aids, applying instructional design principles.
