Job Title: E-Learning Instructional Designer/Developer

Summary
This is a key role within the Training and Development team, and we are looking for someone with the knowledge and passion to design and develop engaging and effective on-line learning solutions. The Instructional Designer/Developer will build strong relationships within Clients while collaborating with subject matter experts from across the organization. The audience (advisors) we support will require the successful candidate to be proficient with online delivery methods. He or she will need to be self-motivated, resourceful, and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
