THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• 15% - Delivers competency-based training
• 15% - Develops instructional materials and facilitates learning activities
• 15% - Administers test and evaluates students’ performance
• 15% - Implements classroom and facilities management
• 10% - Updates curriculum, prepares learning manuals/learning modules
• 10% - Manages production activities
• 10% - Participates in community extension program and other civic projects
• 5% - Performs other related functions

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience: None-required
• Training: National Certificate II (NC II)
