Job Description
Elevate flight training as an Instructor Pilot SME at CAE, remotely based anywhere in Canada. Lead courseware development, collaborate with teams, and inspire pilots to excel in their training.
This non-flying role focuses on developing and reviewing training programs for the Future Aircrew Training (FAcT) initiative. You will collaborate closely with the CQFI team, ensuring that courseware for synthetic and live training is aligned with technical standards. Responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert, policy document development, and participating in acceptance testing to enhance the training experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as SME for training program design and development
• Design courseware through various review cycles
• Provide input for acceptance testing of training devices
• Collaborate on operational policies and procedures
• Analyze training needs and support V&V
