We are seeking an experienced Insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development, evaluation, and improvement of AI models used across core insurance processes. This role is ideal for insurance professionals who want to apply their domain expertise to AI training and evaluation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI, Data Science, and Product teams to evaluate AI models used in underwriting, claims processing, risk assessment, and pricing
- Identify gaps, biases, and limitations in existing AI models and provide domain insights for improvement
