Integration & Automation Developer III

As a member of the Service Enablement Team, you will architect, develop, and maintain backend services and integrations that support internal collaboration and operational efficiency at Safe Software. You will take ownership of key systems, including integrations between Zendesk and Jira, Gainsight and Jira Product Discovery, a changelog automation pipeline, and a publishing pipeline for supported FME integrations on safe.com.

You will also contribute to AI‑driven initiatives, including the AI Triage Assistant for Jira Work Items. These projects help automate decision‑making and improve the flow of information between departments.

This is a hands‑on, backend‑focused role for someone who enjoys solving integration challenges, optimizing service pipelines, and working across various SaaS platforms. Familiarity with tools like Postman for testing and debugging APIs is a strong asset.
