Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an Integration Supervisor to support our client's Data Centre project located in Espoo, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth site operations
- Prepare weekly progress reports for the line manager
- Hold weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Maintain a two-week lookahead schedule
- Attend daily meetings and report on progress and issuesEnsure labour levels meet project
- Ensure labour levels meet project programme requirements
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
- Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure work meets scope, schedule, and quality
