KBHAC delivers culturally safe and trauma informed programs and services focused on restoring identity, dignity and wellbeing while supporting stronger outcomes for Aboriginal communities.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Intensive Case Coordinator to join our team. Key duties will include:

• Providing holistic case management support to Survivors, families and descendants
• Coordinating referrals to government and non-government support services
• Building and maintaining relationships with Aboriginal communities and service providers
