Interim Finance Controller - Hybrid & Growth SME

Sharp Consultancy, located near Tadcaster, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the operational accounting function. This interim role is anticipated to last 3 months, with potential to transition into a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), experienced in a fast-paced SME environment, with strong communication skills and advanced Excel abilities. Some hybrid working is available, but you will be required on-site 3 to 4 days per week.
