Interior Design Manager
Provides design coordination, review and monitoring of external ID consultants’ deliverables, such as but not limited to the following:
- Facilitates design coordination meetings with external ID consultants, Project Development group and other departments;
- Reviews the following documents:
- Inter-office memos for ID recommendations to be approved by top management;
- Initial ID layouts/test-fits as needed;
- Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award;
- Necessary document attachments of consultant’s progress billings;
- Proposals/contracts;
- Reviews interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultant for accuracy and completeness;
- Reviews accreditations, contracts and billings of external ID consultant;
- Manages ID consultant’s timeliness in providing design deliverables;
