Intermediate BackEnd Python Developer

Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for an Intermediate BackEnd Python Developer in Johannesburg!

We require a candidate with:

•Degree or Diploma in relevant field

• 4+ years of experience

• Experience building enterprise-standard applications, with a focus on server-side applications.

• Ability to work effectively in an iterative agile development process, using Jira, Git etc.

• Back-End software development experience, with willingness to learn new technologies.

• Preferred languages:

• Python is essential

• Falcon, FastAPI experience is beneficial

• Bash / Shell scripting is essential

• SQL (PostgreSQL) is essential

• Kafka experience is beneficial

• Terraform experience is beneficial
