Job Description
Location Cornerstone Engineering, th Ave NE, Calgary, AB. Canada Office-based, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design electrical systems and components for oil and gas engineering projects, including power distribution, lighting, instrumentation, and control systems. Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements. Perform calculations and analyses to determine electrical loads, voltage drop, short-circuit analysis, and protective device coordination for power distribution systems in oil and gas facilities. Assist in the selection, specification, and procurement of electrical equipment, materials, and components, considering factors such as performance, reliability, cost, and compatibility with project specifications.
