The designer works under the guidance of senior designers and engineers, assisting with design reviews, contributing to the accuracy and quality of deliverables, participating in project meetings, and helping address design challenges. Additional responsibilities include adhering to departmental design standards, processes, and templates, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
