Job Description
Melbourne projects span commercial offices, mixed-use developments, healthcare facilities, education campuses and large-scale residential buildings. Work includes both new developments and complex refurbishments, with a strong focus on sustainable design, energy efficiency and compliance with Victorian and Australian standards.
The Role
- Deliver electrical building services design across multiple project stages
- Produce compliant design documentation from concept through construction
- Coordinate with mechanical, hydraulic and architectural teams
- Manage technical calculations, specifications and reports
- Support site inspections and respond to construction queries
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
