Intermodal Executive (Xico)

Job Purpose: Coordinate intermodal transport services according to requests received, selecting the best transportation mode and contracted route, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and pricing agreements defined by the Pricing/Procurement department.

• Prepare instruction and dispatch sheets for service providers, ensuring all customer requirements and the most competitive service rate are included in accordance with Procurement guidelines.
• Generate the necessary documents to complete assigned transport movements (e.g., cargo documentation for rail operators, appointment scheduling with port terminals).
• Manage and assign intermodal transportation capacity offered by service providers, following priority groups defined by the Procurement department.
