About The Team
The GCC (Global Customer Care) Operations team manages operational processes and tools to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. The Intern Automation Specialist will be part of the Design & Solution Development team, helping deliver tools and solutions that enable customer and internal automation for the GCC.
Location
You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office at least three days a week.
Term Duration
This is a full‑time, 8 or 12‑month position, starting September 2026.
