Position Summary
Based out of Mississauga, the Intern, Development contributes to Crombie’s national development strategy by supporting research, analysis, and project coordination initiatives across the portfolio. Additional duties of the Intern, Development include but are not limited to:
Conducts research on market trends, comparable developments, rents, sales pricing, and construction cost benchmarks.Supports due diligence for potential development opportunities, including reviewing and summarizing feasibility studies, planning materials, and background documentation.Reviews zoning regulations, municipal planning documents, and site-specific requirements to support feasibility assessments and active development projects.Prepares internal memos, presentations, trackers, and other project documentation.Maintains project files, development trackers, cash flow inputs, and internal databases....
