Position Overview:
The Industrial Engineering Intern will support the Operations Excellence team by assisting in time studies, process observation, data collection, and productivity analysis across selected production and support functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to real operational improvement initiatives in a manufacturing/operations environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time studies on selected production and support processes
- Observe, document, and map process flows and work methods
- Collect, compile, and analyze productivity and performance data
- Assist in identifying improvement opportunities related to efficiency, cycle time, and resource utilization
