Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations
Support purchase order processing and documentation
Maintain and update supplier records
Track orders and follow up on deliveries
Assist in price comparison and cost analysis
Requirements:
Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
Good communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Willing to learn and work in a team
