Internal Communication Intern

工作职责Mission: Decathlon China is looking for an intern to assist in creating and implementing effective internal communication initiatives that align with the company's strategy, enhance employee engagement, ultimately driving transparency and collaboration within the organization. Job Responsibility: Assist in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies and plans.
Support the creation and distribution of internal newsletters, emails, and other communication materials.
Support the development of engaging content, such as articles, videos, and infographics, to enhance internal communication.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal communication guidelines and best practices.
Help manage the company intranet (China Portal, Corporate wechat) to ensure timely updates.
