Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides front-line support to employees by resolving concerns, escalating any necessary issues, and ensuring timely assistance on internal GCash processes.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for handling employee concerns
- Ability to multitask and manage concerns within defined SLAs
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules and support multiple internal teams
