Internal Sales Engineer

Job description

We are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join our team in Barendrecht, Netherlands. In this role, you will work closely with field sales, purchasing, and engineering at John Crane Holland and other John Crane locations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Accepting and processing technical requests and orders;
• Follow-up of quotations and order files with the customer (in consultation with the account manager);
• Maintaining contacts with partner organizations and internal departments John Crane worldwide;
• Placing direct delivery orders and custom engineered orders;
• Preparing quotations for spare parts and/or conversion proposals for mechanical seals, couplings, filters and other product groups in the CRM business system C4C, based on information provided by the customer or account manager;
