Role Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven Internal Sales Manager to lead and coordinate our Internal Sales team while acting as a strategic partner to the Commercial Director. This role combines operational leadership, commercial analysis, sales controlling, and cross‑functional coordination between Internal Sales, External Sales teams, Finance, and Operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving commercial performance, supporting decision‑making processes, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy.
