Mantrac Ghana LTD is hiring an Internal Sales Representative.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Telemarketing of Caterpillar and Perkins Power Generating Sets

• Ensure that all sales activities (Leads, calls & opportunities) are recorded in salesforce on a daily basis

• Follow and keep an accurate account database by keeping all customer information, including the number of engines assigned to each customer, up to date.

• Execute a minimum call frequency of 125 calls per week

• Ensures effective sales and customer experience is achieved by determining individual customer needs and providing solutions to meet them.

• Ensures all sales documentation process are maintained on every transaction

• Ensures all transactions are carried out in accordance with sales policy

• Ensures debts are collected on schedule

• Ensures sales deals are closed, and customers receive excellent after sales support
