Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual International Case Manager to join our team. This role requires strong written and spoken English, fluency in a second language, and at least two (2) years of personal injury experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable managing complex personal injury cases involving international clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and a second language
Coordinate medical treatment, records, and billing
Maintain regular client contact and provide case updates
