Provide operational support for production data warehousing & BIA Solutions in the manufacturing domain
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Provide 2nd level support on PDWH for Backend / Frontend DWH, Global PDWH, Production Data Marts, iPRISM Operations globally
Provide operational support for production data warehousing & BIA Solutions in the manufacturing domain
Ensure the Local/Global Production Data Warehouse is running in astable and high-performance level as per SLA
Ensure that systems, processes, and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery
Support in documentation and written procedures for routine and non-routine tasks
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant course
Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
Coding Languages: Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle, and know...
