To provide legal and administrative support to the Legal document, assisting with legal research, documentation, contract review, and compliance-related tasks while gaining practical exposure to corporate legal operations.

Legal Research & Analysis

• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, case law, and legal precedents.
• Summarise findings and prepare research notes or briefing papers.
• Support analysis of legal risks and compliance requirements.

Documentation & Contract Support

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organising legal documents, including:

• Contracts and agreements

• NDAs
• Internal policies and SOPs
• Maintain proper filing and version control of legal documents.
