Manager, Inventory Accounting
Job Purpose
The role will lead a team ensuring inventory costs are properly accounted for, inventory management controls are consistently complied with and risks associated are timely assessed and managed. This post will partner with key stakeholders to attain inventory management metrics and goals. The role will extend global support to US and TCP (Ph) Entities.
Key Accountabilities
· Manage and lead team members by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
· Oversee team activities ensuring timely delivery of Service Level Agreement to clientele. Act as escalation point, manage complaints, own quality of service and is responsible for tracking and reporting on service level performance
