Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitors and updates assigned customers' daily inventory; encodes the receiving and withdrawal transactions.
• Verifies clerical computations against the physical count of stock.
• Adjusts errors in computation and reports reasons for discrepancies.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies.
• Assists clients with concerns about the inventory of their stocks.
• Plans and completes assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Generates and maintains weekly reports on inventory levels.
• Submits the daily inventory report and other reports of the assigned customers through email.
• Prepares the inventory summary of the customers during monthly physical counts of materials and full goods inventory. Reconciles inventory results with finance or customer’s representative and explains inventory differences.
