Inventory Control Manager (Argentina)

As the Inventory Control Manager, you will lead the development and execution of inventory control frameworks that ensure alignment between physical stock, system records, and client requirements. You will work cross-functionally with warehouse, systems, and client-facing teams to maintain high inventory accuracy, improve processes, and support scalable growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

• Own and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and audit standards across all warehouses
• Design and manage cycle count strategies (ABC classification, frequency, tolerances)
• Ensure high accuracy between WMS and physical inventory; investigate and resolve variances
• Oversee daily inventory operations including inbound, storage, and outbound integrity
