Inventory Controller

Position: Inventory Controller - RM

Reports to: Production Planning and Inventory Control Head

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming raw materials to QA department for quality checking prior to receiving.
• Receive incoming raw materials, verify the quantity versus the documents.
• Accept requisition slip from Production Planner and release raw materials to Production for one day consumption.
• Transact received and released raw materials in Inventory System at required time.
• Transmit material receiving report to Purchasing department on time- Monitor and maintain accurate raw material inventory levels to avoid stock out of items.
• Submit Purchase Requisition Slip to PPIC Head.
• Practice FIFO and FEFO principle at all times and monitor expiration of the items.
• Conduct regular cycle count and regular inventory audits (system vs. actual) to maintain accuracy of Inventory system.
