Inventory Controller

Position: Inventory Controller

Reports to: Warehouse FG Head

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive finished goods report from quality control department.
• Validate finished goods report quantity versus actual quantity before receiving of stocks.
• Check documents quantity versus actual quantity of Traded items delivery.
• Transact received (production and traded delivery) and delivered finished goods in Inventory System at required time.
• Submit documents of traded delivery to Warehouse Head on time.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies to maintain an accurate inventory.
• Report to Warehouse Head any untraced and unreconciled inventory variances.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with 5S standards.
• Follow safety procedures for handling raw materials, especially hazardous one.
