Inventory Management Specialist

Job Summary

The Inventory Management Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper stock levels, and supporting efficient warehouse and operations. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, compliance with FIFO/FEFO rules, cycle counting, reporting, and continuous improvement of inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all storage locations
• Ensure inventory is managed according to FIFO and/or FEFO requirements
• reconcile system vs. physical counts
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages
• Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure inventory is shipped correctly
• Update inventory records in WMS, WISE inventory management system
• Generate inventory reports, KPIs, and variance analyses
