We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to manage end-to-end planning and scheduling for high-tech client projects. The role requires close coordination with operations, warehouse, and client teams to ensure timely delivery, optimal resource allocation, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Accountabilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize production, delivery, and shipment schedules for high-tech industry clients.
Coordinate with internal operations, procurement, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure seamless execution of schedules.
Monitor daily operations and provide timely updates, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks or delays.
Prepare reports and dashboards for project teams and management on schedule adherence, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Support project planning for new client implementations or system changes.
