- Create and update stock forecasts using sales and production needs.
- Keep track of minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Plan replenishment orders with the Purchasing team.
- Balance stock levels to maintain service while managing cash flow.
- Monitor slow‑moving and obsolete items.
- Help with demand and seasonal forecasting.
